A chit chat with musician Vlado Jozic

Vlado Jozic is a musician who records everything by himself in his studio at home. Basically he is a guitarist who played in bands Like Daria, Vrela Mast, Kar De Mumma, Babels Herrar , Zli Ljudi and many more. Apart from guitar he can also play other instruments. We are sharing our recent interview with him.

Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Vlado Jozic : I’ve been surprised at how difficult it can be for artists to introduce themselves as artist.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Vlado Jozic : Elvis Presley was first I remember well his Big Hunk o love then after is creedence and rod stewart I think then is zeppelin stones the beatles.
And then comes Bowie, T tex , Alice Cooper, KISS and AC/DC and Van Halen, then I got inspired by some others  like satriani and vai but after 1991, my rock and roll was never rock and roll like before. Nirvana still rules..

Twist Online : Tell us about your recently released cd “You still rock and roll to me” ?
Vlado Jozic : Its a tribute to greatest. I need to do this like everybody in classic music do it every day.
I needed to find myself again, its true, we need to find our THE ROOTS like KUNTA KINTE and define rock and roll from beginning. Jimmy Page was great guitar player I need to give him a credit for that..see you later..:-)

Twist Online : We are sure all the songs are special for you but any track(s) that you will call a must listen to track ?
Vlado Jozic : Black dog is rock n roll, I hope that Jimmy Page WOULD LIKE IT

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Vlado Jozic : I hope that we love rock n roll, there is no “is the study of general and fundamental problems concerning matters such as existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language” just do it

Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
Vlado Jozic : Studio work is creative but performing live is more like woow there comes one girl..:-)

Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
Vlado Jozic : ROCK AND ROLL tattoo in my heart if its possible

Twist Online : We are sure this CD will rock and roll. Are you working on any other project after that?
Vlado Jozic : Definitely, Jimmy Page and Ace or Angus or Eric bla bla, everybody is out there we love music
