A conversation with Hip Hop Artist Bugsy

Today on our Hot Seat we have Hip Hop music artist Bugsy with us. Let’s have a chat with her.

Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Bugsy :
The name is Bugsy, music artist coming out of Florida. Kissimmee to be exact.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Bugsy :
My dad , Nicki Minaj , Biggie Lil Yachty & Fab. Just the way they all grinded & the words they would create, had me blown away. I was hooked at that point.

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “Who You?!”?
Bugsy :
Who You is a feel good song, bouncy & just some fun sarcasm. Pretty much what it’s about not having time for anything basic, I’m too busy doing me, hanging with crew, avoiding bad energy, people are blowing up my phone & when I pick I’m like WHO YOU?! Lol

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Bugsy :
So far it has been very well received, people are streaming it and showing a lot of support.

Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Bugsy :
Well of course Hip Hop but aside from that, I listen to MUSIC. A great song is a great song no matter what genre it is.

Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
Bugsy :
Hmm, the best part is being able to just express & share it with others to vibe out to. The creative freedom is just amazing.

Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
Bugsy :
Absolutely. Aside from music I’m also involved in fashion as well as a couple of future business ventures in development. I’m just having fun with it now and trying to bring something different.

Twist Online : Are you working on any new project?
Bugsy :
At the moment I’m focused on writing & recording more songs for the catalog, an EP is in the works after I release the 1st mixtape this Spring.
