Acoustic guitarist Tony Skinner proves his skills in album’The Acoustic Composer’
For all those who are in love with guitar this post is for you in particular. We recently got an opportunity to listen to the instrumental guitar album ‘The Acoustic Composer’ by vastly experienced acoustic guitarist Tony Skinner. It’s his solo album that’s a collection of exquisitely played solo instrumental acoustic guitar pieces that are filled with emotion, passion and vivacity. He has been playing guitar professionally since last 4 decades.
He loves playing vintage Martin guitars and in this album he has proved his command and skills over these vintage guitars dating back to 1927. Almost century old guitars are making lovely music in his skillful hands. Particularly the track Bounding through the Heather impressed us so much.
The track starts with a melodious and engaging tone. You will feel compelled to listen to the music. The track is simply done and not overly complex. Tony’s music skills are impressive, the pitch range varies, making it rich and engaging.
The track definitely is professional and creative so as the complete album ‘The Acoustic Composer’. We find it extremely good and Tony Skinner has proved his talent and command over vintage martin guitars.
Overall its a fun listening to the music and I am sure you would put it to repeat mode.
