An interview with talented artist Den10

Today in our interview section we have a talented artist ‘ Den10 ‘ with us. Lets have a chat with him.

 

Twist Online : First of all tell us about the start of your professional career?
Den10 : I started my career as a member of Dot Mobb (battle rap group in Harlem NYC). After a couple years doing mixtapes I was featured on my first retail album in stores under Purple City/ Diplomats Records.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Den10 : There was a group called the Uptown Kids which whom was managed By Kevin Chiles. They inspired me to get into the music industry. I would later adapt to Ron Browz as he converted into a Producer/Artist. Browz looked out a lot in my early stages.

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release ELEVATORS?
Den10 : Elevators is a single produced by Str8 Bangaz off my project “Den10 More Minutes Raw” . I wanted to showcase what separates me from other artist on Elevators meanwhile still catering to my existing canibus fans.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Den10 : I have received a great response from internet radio for this release. I’m currently being played on a few stations at the moment. The anticipation for the Music video gives me chills.

Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
Den10 : I think working in studios attracts me more than performing on stage. I love to create. I love the process of the studio although there’s no feeling like crowd participation and making money from a live show.

Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Den10 : Hip hop is my favorite music genre.
The history, The Culture, Everything Hip Hop.

Twist Online : Have you set some target to achieve as a music artist?
Den10 : I think my targets are kind of weird and not a discussion but I do have many.. lol

Twist Online : Are you currently working on any other project?
Den10 : Yea, 10 Five The Mixtape. A few records from my neighborhood Buddies dropping around the holidays
