Conversation with music artist Shai’moya

We are sharing our recent interview with Shai’moya CHH artist from Austin Texas.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Shai’moya :
Music has been a part of my life since I was 3 years old. My family still have videos of me singing at that age. I have always been singing and writing rhymes on the side but in 2018 I began to take my rapping seriously.

Twist Online : Tell us about your recently released album “HiSLIFE”?
Shai’moya :
The Album “HiSLIFE” was inspired by stories of my fans as it relates to my life. Every show i performed I Interacted with the fans and heard their stories and a bunch of them were touching. I then decided to tell my story and their stories with that album.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Shai’moya :
Once it was released, everyone that listened loved it, I received a bunch if messages letting me know that my music helped some of them out of depression and other things that were hurting their lives.

Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Shai’moya :
I well versed in the musical area, I like CHH, contemporary, gospel, even country and hip hop, But right now i have to say Christian Hip Hop is in the lead.

Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
Shai’moya :
The best part of being the type of Artist I am is being able to spread God & positivity

Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
Shai’moya :
Yes I have set goals to go platinum and win awards but not for the reason other people would. The reason I want to go platinum is because if I do it confirms many people have heard the message.

Twist Online : Are you working on any new project?
Shai’moya :
Yes I am most definitely working on a new project. This new project will be themed around everything that motivates me to work as hard as im working.
