Interview with an alternative pop artist Jack Bruno

Jack Bruno is an alternative pop artist who’s currently on brink of becoming an establish name within music. He’s currently based out of Los Angeles California, and after teaming up with Dj Camper (Producer for Big Sean, Drake, HER & more), he released his latest single, “My Way.” Jack Bruno has been getting booked for shows and interviews all over Los Angeles after the songs release. Some of the venues he’s performed at include, The Viper Room, The Roxy, and the Echoplex. Jack Bruno is fully focused on putting out quality music for his fans, while at the same time gaining, new fans from all over.

Twist Online : First of all tell us about the start of your professional career? Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Jack Bruno :  I couldn’t play sports and I was really shy as a little kid then I fell in love with punk rock and it made me feel like I had found my voice. Bands like Green Day,blink 182, and the clash also inspired me.

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “My Way”?
Jack Bruno : “My way” is the first from my new project. It’s the first time I talked about my drug problems and how I was able to turn my life around.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Jack Bruno :  The response to “my way” was massive. I never know what to expect especially while crossing genres but the track got great responses from hip hop blogs and got spun on alternative radio.

Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
Jack Bruno : Working in the studio definitely attracts me more because it’s like taking a photograph of my life in that moment.

Twist Online : You have been performing all over Los Angeles recently, how does it feel, getting love and appreciations from your fans?
Jack Bruno : It’s awesome I love getting to talk to my fans and meeting new people.

Twist Online : Have you set some target to achieve as a music artist?
Jack Bruno : Yes I have. I want to get as many soda endorsements as possible lol.

Twist Online : Are you currently working on any other project?
Jack Bruno : Yes I am working on some projects. I’m working with dylan Brady and Dj camper on a lot of new solo stuff.
