Interview with an indie & alternative hip hop artist HonchoTheRock$tar
We are sharing our recent interview with indie hip hop and alternative hip hop artist HonchoTheRock$tar. Born august 28th, 1997 and living near the border of Mexico. He has recently released a single “Game Over”.
Twist Online : First of all tell us about the start of your professional career?
HonchoTheRock$tar : The start of my career was not a normal one to say the least. I would always want to do music and go to the store to buy usb mics to try to record on my laptop, but I never thought i would make it my life. As I started becoming more interested in how sound works and how can i basically tell a story and make it sound good, that’s when I knew I really loved music.
Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
HonchoTheRock$tar : ouuuu, good question! I would have to say inspiring the youth and showing everyone there is a god within each and every one of us. Don’t let society strip you of your inner god/goddess.
Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “Game Over”?
HonchoTheRock$tar : This one was inspired by the new microphone we just had invested in! I looked at my bro Iso and said “it’s really game over bro” so as soon as we hit the pad, it was a go.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
HonchoTheRock$tar : Humbled to say; All positive feedback.
Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
HonchoTheRock$tar : I love going to the stu to learn and cook up with other artist but being on that stage is a one-of-a-kind feeling.
Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
HonchoTheRock$tar : Alternative Trap
Twist Online : Have you set some target to achieve as a music artist?
HonchoTheRock$tar : Of course, I want to networth over 50 Million by the age of 30. So with that being said, I need sold out shows, Platinum records, Endorsements, etc. I wont u til i’m one of the greats…
Twist Online : Are you currently working on any other project?
HonchoTheRock$tar : Yes i am, im working on a collab tape with my collective partner “Rock$tar JaeeBeatz” releasing SOON. Feb. 2nd 2018 on ALL Major Markets.
