Interview with music artist Maitika

Today on hour Hot seat we have Maitika with us. Let’s have a chat with him.

Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Maitika :
Maitika. Maitika Rollack or Tika, whatever you wanna call me, thanks for having me.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Maitika :
My mother, she sang and wrote poems so it branched off to me .

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “Want It All”?
Maitika :
I recorded “Want it all” at my engineer studio Overtone in Raleigh. I wrote the song on vacation in Virginia, I was in the mountains I believe. Wrote it in 30min loll.

Twist Online : We have noticed your Instagram has been receiving my major presence since your recent release, you must be very happy with the kind of response you have received so far?
Maitika :
Yeah, but a lot of people help me get here, shoutout to my Big Brother Darius, you can find him on iG @DariusDk, bro always inspired me and my team to keep going, so we did. In return with my Akita and music I got major feedback, I’m humbled and blessed.

Twist Online : Who you are working with ?
Maitika :
Right now I’m working with some in family producers and a couple major ones, as far as features you’ll hear a couple features from Hardknocks and sone other artists, I don’t wanna drop names right now.

Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
Maitika :
The best part about being a musical artist is the people you meet, the people you connect with & the people you help along the way. I didn’t realize how my much my music affected and related to a lot of individuals, it’s a gift & blessing to see that.

Twist Online : What are your expectations from upcoming release “Conflicted”?
Maitika :
Loll, “Conflicted” gonna chances the atmosphere just wait and see, thanks for all the love.
