Interview with music producer Rogue Sinner
We are sharing our recent interview with female electronic music producer
Rogue Sinner
Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Rogue Sinner : I go by Rogue Sinner, I am a masked female electronic music producer. I always keep my face fully covered so no one except family and a few close friends know my identity. I share my music, not my face.
Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Rogue Sinner : Besides my love of the music, I am motivated by the strong talented women who did successfully make it to the Main Stage. I noticed there is such small percentage of women in the DJ scene. Less than 30% are women and even less are producers. I want to help change that and hopefully inspire other women to do the same.
Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release ?
Rogue Sinner : It’s called Circus, it’s an original bass house track that was released in December last year. I love this track, it took me three months to complete and be completely happy with it but it was worth it.
Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Rogue Sinner : I’ve had a very positive response so far! Lots of good comments and a few girls have made and sent me shuffling videos dancing to it.
Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Rogue Sinner : That’s a difficult Twist Online, I love so many. I’d say currently my favorite is bass house.
Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
Rogue Sinner : The best part is that I get to spend my time doing something I love. I get to express my creativity in a way that other people can enjoy, not just myself. I’m very grateful for the positive response I’ve received so far.
Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
Rogue Sinner : Yes of course, my main goal is to play at festivals all over the world alongside other talented female musicians. Another goal I have is to throw my own music festivals that will benefit good causes for women, children, the environment and more. I play for peace.
Twist Online : Are you working on any new projects?
Rogue Sinner : Yes I’m always working on new projects. I have a lot of new unreleased music, so I’m going to be releasing a new track every two weeks for the summer. Working on a couple of music videos as well.
