We are sharing our recent interview with VLSA Director Pavel Sizov.
Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Pavel Sizov : Very good morning to your audience and to you our wonderful host. I am Pavel, a managing Director of VLSA Limited, we are starting our new website VLSA.com. We provide correspondence and business address services in the most prestigious postcode in London together with in-house IT solutions such as scanning and custom cloud hosting of the correspondence of our clients.
Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to launch VLSA?
Pavel Sizov : We have been providing this service from our accountancy company Business Atrium for several years. Business Atrium clients did use other correspondence addresses as well and this experience has taught me specifics of this business and I know what is missing in the existing business address services. That is why we decided to create our own business model and improve and provide the missing parts of existing address services.
Twist Online : What kind of services you are providing to your customers?
Pavel Sizov : The main service is business correspondence address, so you can use the most prestigious address currently in London, soon to be available in Dublin as well as in America and Europe. Correspondence business address is the address you can use in your letterheads, your websites, business cards, for your suppliers, for your customers and also can be used as the registered business address. So the idea is that your customers, suppliers and business partners can send you letters and printed materials to this address. The business model itself is quite old, and the main idea what we are introducing new in this business is how we deal with this post. The main idea and innovation what we are trying to introduce is new security level and new reliability level for the clients. So, if somebody sends you a letter we want to be sure for 100% that you have received it either by post or we scan it and upload it to a custom-built secure and GDPR-compliant cloud drive..
Twist Online : What are the key benefits your customers will have?
Pavel Sizov : The key benefits are security of your post, reliability, usability and the fact that it is top-end and prestigious W1 London address. I would say these are the key elements. And the rest is how it works and how we achieve the level of reliability as we do 🙂
Twist Online : What kind of response you have received so far?
Pavel Sizov : So far the customers are happy with the services. As said, we are providing these services as bit differently than existing companies, and we are trying to explain our new and perspective customers that the way it is provided by us is much better and much safer than it has been before.
Twist Online : Anything else you would like to share with our readers who in general are professionals in the music industry?
Pavel Sizov : I think that the idea of the correspondence address and us taking the security of these services to the next level it could benefit any industry and especially the music industry who are especially concerned about the security. Many musicians, producers and artists have limited companies or they are self-employed and times by times they are required to provide some address that could be accessible to the public. Pavel Sizov : Yes, of course. First of all we want to achieve our internal goals and then we will go after external goals. As for internal goals we are still working on a solution how the services work internally, especially the IT side of the business and the reporting side so the services will be 100% secure and transparent. As for our external goals, they are to achieve some level of trust from our customers and more publicity that more people know that finally there are new players in the market with new level of security and approach compared to the old ones, who, by my personal opinion, haven’t got the same level understanding of security providing services like these.
