J.Cash The King talks about his recent EP “4th Quarter”
Today on our Hot Seat we have a talented Hip Hop artist J.Cash The King with us. Let’s have a chat with him.
Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
J.Cash The King : I want to say Thank You for the opportunity first off, it really is a pleasure . And I am J.Cash The King a Hip Hop artist from Dallas,TX
Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
J.Cash The King : 2pac was one of my biggest musical inspirations. As well as T.I. and Jay Z. I have to say Eminem as well. They all brought something unique to the industry. And I’ve always felt I had something unique to offer myself. So listening to them gave me the motivation to go after my dreams.
Twist Online : Tell us about your recently released Ep “4th Quarter”?
J.Cash The King : 4th Quarter is my Second Ep. It dropped December 2018. So the name was a play on the fiscal year in business and also sports. The last couple of years sports has really played a huge part of my life. And I wanted to showcase that in my music. And hopefully inspire people through some of my experiences.
Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
J.Cash The King : So far I’ve received great feedback. It’s always a great feeling when people are making videos singing my records on social media or sharing it!
Twist Online : Any particular track from the EP that’s your favorite?
J.Cash The King : I love all of them the same lol. I don’t have kids but I’d assume it’s similar to when a parent has multiple kids. You created all of them so you don’t really want to have a favorite just want to love them all equally lol. But I will say “To Myself” and “Winning Team” has gotten the most love from the people !
Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
J.Cash The King : the best part for me is inspiring people through the music. Music helped motivate me through life. So if I can give someone else that feeling then I am happy
Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
J.Cash The King : My ultimate goal is to drop an album. I just want the fans to ask for it. Before I just drop one.
Twist Online : Are you working on any new project?
J.Cash The King : Yes I have a couple of projects in the works. I have a collaborative project in the works with an artist named Dre Majesty from Atlanta.
