JamesDJJ talks about his music journey

Today on our Hot Seat we have music artist and producer JamesDJJ with us. Let’s have a chat with him.

Twist Online : First of all tell us about the start of your music career.
JamesDJJ :
Well is quite funny, I started my music career some years ago, I was eating my breakfast while a man stopped me and asked me if I wanted to try to enter the music world, I said no on the spot.
Back home I thought: maybe I’ll become eminem tomorrow, maybe in one year or maybe never, but I will never have a chance if I don’t try, so I met a producer and other people and I did my first album, and all the other songs.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
JamesDJJ :
I never had a relationship before with music, when I got this propose I changed my mind and I tried it, I discovered that I love creating music, specially those moments in the recording studio while I write and record my own songs

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent work?
JamesDJJ :
Well, I’m working on my 2 album, I can’t say much because I change my mind every second, infact every song that I did had some big changes doing the recording.
My second album will be different and will talk more about me and my feelings, and I recorded a feature with a new artist called Alex, we only wait to publish that song out.

Twist Online : What attracts you more, Working in studios or performing on stage?
JamesDJJ :
As I said, producing and recording music is the thing that I love the most. For me the thing that everyone should do is to find a work they love, so they won’t work for a day in their life.

Twist Online : Have you set any goals to achieve?
JamesDJJ :
Some time ago, like ages ago, I had the goal to reach 100k of audience on Spotify, today I have more than a million audiences on Spotify, so I really achieved my goal.
As today, I don’t have any goal, what I do is OK because I know that I put my blood, sweat and tears in my work, so every goal is senseless for me
