Lets Meet A Very Talented Teen Singer And Songwriter Sebastian
We are sharing our recent interview with a young talented singer and songwriter Sebastian.
Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Sebastian : My name is Sebastian Janoski and I’m a teen singer/songwriter! One thing that I think is important for people to know about me is that my goal in my career has always been to make music that will generate real emotions and inspiration with my listeners. I can’t wait for all the readers to read about me, get to know me a little bit more, and maybe give my music a listen!
Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Sebastian : My initial love for performing and writing music came from watching my aunt perform live in her band ever since I was a little kid! That kickstarted everything for me. As time has went on, seeing Artists like Demi Lovato use their platform for so much more than just music has really inspired me and lit a fire in my heart to use my music, and any platform that I create, for the better.
Twist Online : Your recent project “Plea” got splendid response. You must be pleased with it?
Sebastian : I have been so pleased with all the crazy support from every one! I recently passed over 70,000 monthly listeners and 500,000 total streams on Spotify! Season the numbers go up every day make me so happy. Just to know that people are listening and giving my music some time and my music could possibly be helping someone the way music has helped me is a really great feeling.
Twist Online :You appeared in a number of tv shows, our readers would like to know more about that ?
Sebastian : I was crazy blessed to have some awesome experiences when I was younger. At 12 years old I got the chance to audition for Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, and Sharon is Osbourne on the 7th season of Americas Got Talent with some awesome reviews and I was passed through to the next round and no more than a year later I was featured in a segment in an episode of The Katie Couric show called “One to Watch” where I got to perform I front of Clive Davis and Jordon sparks with some great reviews as well! I have been an incredibly lucky kid! I got to live my dreams out at a very young age!
Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
Sebastian : There’s something very awesome about performing your music in front of a fun, energetic, and involved crowd. I have had some experiences with crazy crowds that have made some performances unforgettable and have made the list of some of the best nights of my life. On the other hand, there’s something so cool about the collaboration and experimentation that you go through in the studio. I’d say they’re both pretty close in my book but working in the studio may have a little bit of an edge.
Twist Online : You also done a Collaboration with Top 40 Producer. How was the experience?
Sebastian : Getting to work with PJ Bianco on my first two songs, “Pure Gold”, and “Plea”, was one of the best studio experiences I’ve ever had. Being able to collaborate with such an amazing musician, writer, and producer like Pj has really raised my expectations when it comes to being in the studio. You can expect a good amount of new music with his crazy production skills!
Twist Online : You are also into the movies. tell us a little about that as well?
Sebastian : You can really count me in when it comes to any form of performing! If I’m not singing or writing music, chances are I’m acting. I’ve been fortunate enough to have some cameos, guest appearances, and do some soundtrack work in movies like the major motion universal picture’s “Rock Story”, and “Natural Selection”, and other forms of productions, like the broadway musical, “Newsies”, and I’ll definitely be doing more of that in the future.
Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
Sebastian : Definitely! My goals range anywhere from moderate to very very extreme. A little too extreme. Some of my longest running goals have been to someday sell out Madison Square Garden, and, of course, maybe get a Grammy or two. But, one that I work at every day, and one that I mentioned above in my very first Sebastian is to generate emotions and inspiration in each listener with my music. That will always be one of the most important goals I have as an artist.
Twist Online : Are you working on any new project?
Sebastian : There are a lot of exciting things happening behind the scenes. I hope to release a lot more music, a lot more frequently as time goes on, and there’s a very good chance some announcements involving a few tour dates could be in the future! Stay tuned!
