Meet a very enthusiastic and talented singer “Lady Cam”
Twist Online : First Tell us a little about the starting of your music career.
Lady Cam : The starting of my career came about in my high school years, when I did talent shows. The people at my high school really loved my music and my performances. I’m happy that I started to show people that I could do music, because it added another level of confidence. After I did that I kept releasing music every year. I have been signed 3 times, been on 4 national tours and release 2 national projects. All of my music can be found on www.iloveladycam.com
Twist Online : You have been attached to music since your early age. How much did it improved your music skills?
Lady Cam : It taught me a lot. I think starting earlier in any career has its pros and cons. The Pros of course it seems like your ahead of everyone or seem like your getting a head start. You will have more experience on things that other people wouldn’t have.
The Cons will be if you haven’t gotten to a place in your career where you feel that you should be, you might get discourage. Some people feel as if you don’t need help because you have been in your career for so long.
Twist Online : Tell us about your latest EP “Crosslines” ?
Lady Cam : My new project is based on my faith and getting stronger in it. I was going through lots of tough situations, where only I could figure out. Its seems when you are going through things that’s when you start to reflect on your life. It comes a point in every ones life where you have to choose which side of the field your own. I just pray that people are inspired by this project.
Twist Online : Over a 100 songs of your own. What’s your next target to achieve?
Lady Cam : Performing overseas and waking people up.
Twist Online : Are you inspired of someone in music industry?
Lady Cam : L-Boogie.
Twist Online : Is there any particular reason behind chosing to be a rapper? Is it your favorite music genre?
Lady Cam : Hip-hop would be my favorite genre of music. I always had an influence on the people that surround me, wither it was school, job, music industry etc.. I wanted to use that to inspire people to reach their goals in life and to help them to never give up. It doesn’t matter what you have been through with God nothing is impossible.
Twist Online : Do you work according to plans to achieve your goals?
Lady Cam : Yes, I do. Sometimes you have to adjust your plans because nothing really turns out the way you plan them. We can only be so per-pared for life. Life is really unpredictable.
Twist Online : Any new project you are working on? When it will be released?
Lady Cam : I’m always working on new music. In due time.
