Talented and inspiring Cliff Neptune

We are sharing our recent interview with an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor Cliff Neptune.

Twist Online : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers.
Cliff Neptune : I was born in Neptune city, New Jersey but raised in Italy… Everybody was calling me Cliff since middle school so i just picked it. That’s where my artist name Cliff Neptune comes from.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Cliff Neptune : Honestly when I was 5 I was doing the moonwalk playing with my shoes in kindergarten thinking that I was the creator…till I saw Michael Jackson for the first time.
I started imitating Mj and obviously it’s how I got into music, and growing up little by little I also stared to discover and explore the world of R&B and Hip Hop

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “On My Own”?
Cliff Neptune : On My Own is a song that I wrote inspired by the important lessons I learned from failed relationships
When I say “Let bygones be bygones , i might hate you more, but i’ll never love you less”
I mean it… Cuz we’ll always keep the people we loved in our hearts, but if things can’t work out then we only have to be realistic and move on even if it’s hard.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Cliff Neptune : I like the fact that people recognize me as a true songwriter and have a connection with my songs not just listen to the melody or the beat because it’s dope.

Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Cliff Neptune : I love music in general because music is what you make it so at the end of the day your favorite music…Is the one you like.

Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
Cliff Neptune : I think being free to say something like in a song makes u undeniably free to express your thoughts, feelings and opinions

Twist Online : Have you set some goals to achieve?
Cliff Neptune :
i don’t wanna just reach people with my music, I don’t want to just entertain them, but I want to be an inspiration for my generation and the next… You know make a difference and leave a mark
I want people to always remember and believe that everything is possible.

Twist Online : Are you working on any new project?
Cliff Neptune : in 2019 I am releasing new songs, you will catch good new vibes, a new concept, a new Cliff.
