And here we are sharing our recent interview with her.

Twist Online : You had a rough and tough childhood, how did you came out so strong out of all these hurdles?
Zinny :
I was determined to live my life to the fullest. I just know that I can’t give up. Reading and educating myself helped a lot and music was my only true salvation.

Twist Online : What was the main inspiration behind getting into music industry?
Zinny :
From the time period I started to be interested in music, there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about music. I can’t turn it off, its there and I like the feeling. My inspiration is the feeling that this is my life’s path and making it a career is the way to be married to music forever not only as a listener but to create music.

Twist Online : Tell us about your upcoming release ?
Zinny :
I was inspired to make this song from past and recent experience. People throw the word LOYALTY around but they hardly know what it means. I looked for the words to write this song “LOYALTY” I found the words but didn’t get the vibes I was looking for. I pitched my idea to a Nigerian song writer and as soon as he sent me the draft, it was it! A song that everyone can relate with in this age and time. I am excited for this release and I am sure it will be received well too.

Twist Online : What kind of response you expecting from the release? We hope it will a big hit like “Taboo love.
Zinny :
I hope so too. I think the respond I’m sure to get will be that of introspection because the lyrics makes sense so does the groove and melody. Surely a hit.

Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Zinny :
RnB/Soul with an infusion of afro sounds.

Twist Online : What attracts you more, Working in studios or performing on stage?
Zinny :
Performing on stage for sure. When I get that call for a stage performance my soul does a back flip. I mean I can be comfy recording in the confines of four walls and a booth but when I am in front of my fans I come alive. I love to be their muse and watch them enjoy every bit of my performance.

Twist Online : What’s the best part of being a music artist?
Zinny :
The creative process, this honed my interest for audio engineering. I love to watch as the pieces come together and you can add what you want or take out what you don’t need. It is therapeutic.

Twist Online : Your fans are anxiously waiting for your upcoming tours. Any confirmation of dates?
Zinny :
I will announce the dates on my social medias and website very soon. I can assure my fans that rehearsals has started in full gear. We are getting ready.
